Ottawa-Carleton District School Board & OCENET

The creation of an International Certificate Program (ICP) has allowed staff and students to explore global issues and themes related to international education. Over 250 students in 12 high schools have enrolled and the program is set to expand in 2015. ICP has become the ‘launching pad’ for many other internationalization programs such as scholarships, teacher and student bursaries, and online language courses for the board’s 72,000 students and 8,670 staff members.
