The International Certificate Program (ICP) encourages OCDSB secondary students to participate in numerous leadership opportunities, both at home and abroad.
On May 25th, at the headquarters of the Aga Khan Foundation Canada building on Sussex Drive, eight presentations on issues related to the health of women in different parts of the world were delivered by ICP students. Keynote speaker Kathryn LeBlanc provided strategies for the students to effect change. Student presentations ranged from reproductive rights to gender inequalities to mistreatment of female athletes. All attendees left better informed about the health issues.
